Transport & Logistics Opportunities in the Internet Age - International Summit 2001

This international summit will provide delegates with new ideas, insights and strategies to capitalise on the tremendous potential for realising improved productivity, operational efficiencies and increased customer revenues through provision of innovative services. Key topics to be discussed are the changing role of transport and logistics in the global supply chain, how to win new customers through online service, and the latest tracking, tracing and location technologies for increased productivity and efficiency.

This three-day conference, organised by the Institute for International Research and supported by the PMB, will be held from 19 to 21 March at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.


 
6th Annual China Logistics & Distribution

This three-day conference, organised by the Institute for International Research and supported by the CLSD, will be held between 21 and 23 March at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. This conference provides another opportunity for local transport and logistics community to better understand the business implications of WTO on China's logistics and distribution model as well as to reveal the techniques and skills for the logistics industry in China market.

The conference will conclude with two workshops, covering "The Human Challenge: Practical Implication Tools to Upgrade the Performance of Distribution, Warehouse and Sales Teams in China" and "Driving Supply Chain Performance with Time".
